刘嵩,男,中共党员,工学博士(后),南京林业大学土木工程学院讲师,硕士研究生导师,江苏省双创博士。目前从事功能性沥青路面材料、沥青混凝土道床长期服役性能研究。主持中国博士后基金面上项目1项,江苏省自然科学基金青年项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项 ,承担科技服务项目2项。
