• 学校简介

  南京林业大学是中央与地方共建的省属重点高校,国家首批“双一流”建设高校,江苏高水平大学建设高峰计划A类建设高校。学校前身为中央大学(创建于1902年)森林系和金陵大学(创建于1910年)森林系,1952年合并组建的南京林学院,是当时全国仅有的三所高等林业院校之一。1985年更名为南京林业大学,已发展成为一所以林科为优势,以服务国家生态文明建设为引领,理、工、农、文、管、经、法、艺等多学科协调发展,特色鲜明的高水平大学。

  • 学院历史与规模

  土木工程学院办学始于1952年南京林学院组建时开设的森林(采运)工程专业,1986年成立森林工程系,同年开设土木工程专业,1997年更名为土木工程学院。学院现有在校本科生约2000人,研究生500人,留学生40多人,教职工140余人,副教授  及以上高级职称80余人,国家“百千万”人才工程人选1人、国家有突出贡献中青年专家1人、国务院特贴专家1人、江苏省教学名师2人、江苏特聘教授1人,江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”培养对象6人、江苏省“六大人才高峰”培养对象8人、江苏省“青蓝工程”培养对象11人。入选国家课程思政教学名师和团队1个,江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀教学团队2个、江苏省优秀基层教学组织1个。

  学院设有森林工程、交通土建工程、建筑工程、工程管理、测绘工程、给排水科学与工程6个系和1个实验中心。

  • 专业设置

  学院设有土木工程(交通土建工程、建筑工程、城市地下工程、智能建造4个方向)、森林工程、工程管理、测绘工程、给排水科学与工程5个本科专业,全部专业入选国家特色专业或国家一流专业建设点,并通过专业认证评估。具体为:森林工  程专业为国家特色专业、江苏省品牌专业、江苏省十二五重点专业、江苏省一流专业。土木工程专业为江苏省首批特色专业、江苏省品牌专业、江苏省十二五重点专业、国家一流本科专业建设点,2013年和2018年两次通过专业评估和工  程教育认证。工程管理专业为江苏省特色专业、江苏省十二五重点专业、国家一流本科专业建设点,2016年通过专业评估、2018年通过专业复评。给排水科学与工程专业为江苏省十二五重点专业、国家一流本科专业建设点,20202023 年两次通过专业评估与工程教育认证。测绘工程为江苏省一流专业、国家一流本科专业建设点,2020年通过专业评估与工程教育认证。

  • 教学成果及人才培养

  学院近年来参与获国家级教学成果奖5项,主持或参与获省部级教学成果奖7项。主持入选国家课程思政示范课程1门、国家线下一流课程1门、国家虚拟仿真实验一流课程2门。主持入选江苏省研究生课程思政示范课程1门、入选江苏省一流课程7门、江苏省助力乡村振兴在线开放课程6门,主编入选省级重点或规划教材13部,国家规划教材1部。

  人才培养方面,学院每年有100多人次在国家级和省级各类学科竞赛中获奖,连续11人获得全国土木工程高校优秀毕业生奖,近5年获得省优秀本科毕业设计(论文)13人、省优秀毕业设计团队2项,获江苏省土木优秀毕业生28人,考研录取率约35%左右;毕业生入选江苏省最美大学、江苏省名校优生、江苏省选调生等成绩位于同类高校前列;自2013年起开始招收来华留学生,招收人数逐年增加,现有留学生40余人。学生毕业后继续深造或从事本学科相关领域科学研究、教学、技术开发、管理咨询、设计与施工等工作。

  学校为研究生提供了丰富的奖助体系,包括学业奖学金(全覆盖)、三好奖学金(覆盖40%)、企业奖学金、国家奖学金、校长奖学金、勤工俭学岗位等,连续多人获江苏省优秀硕士学位论文、江苏省土木工程优秀硕士论文、江苏省复合材料优秀硕士学位论文等。

  • 学科建设与科研条件

  学院现有1个博士点学科(森林工程),3个一级学科硕士学位点(土木工程、交通运输工程、管理科学与工程),3个专业学位类别(土木水利、交通运输、工程管理),1个森林工程博士后流动站,其中森林工程学科为国家重点学科和国家“双一流”建设学科;土木工程学科始于1952年开设的森林工程林区土建方向,2003年获道路与铁道工程铁硕士点,2005年获岩土工程硕士点,2011年获土木工程、交通运输一级学科硕士点,连续入选江苏省重点学科,学校“双一流”A+学科林业工程的支撑学科之一,为工程学、材料科学ESI进入全球前1%的主要贡献学科。

  学院获批建有江苏省公路智能检测与低碳养护工程研究中心、江苏省竹木固碳材料与结构技术工程研究中心、江苏省林业资源高效加工利用协同创新中心、国家林业局竹材工程技术研究中心、江苏省建筑产业现代化示范基地(竹木装配式建筑全产业链设计研发示范基地)等,联合建设生物质材料国家地方联合工程研究中心、江苏省高校林业生物质材料与能源国际合作联合实验室、江苏省住宅工程研究中心、江苏省水土保持与生态修复重点实验室,入选江苏省研究生省工作站16个,省优秀研究生工作站5个。

  学院土木工程实验中心为江苏省土木工程实验教学示范中心,实验中心占地总面积达6000余平方米,拥有100t多通道电液伺服结构试验系统、100t结构疲劳试验系统、500t长柱试验机、300t高刚度压力试验机、沥青混合料疲劳试验机等为代表的一批具有国际技术水平的大型高端测试设备。同时具有全自动压汞仪、流变仪、颗粒粒径分析仪、水泥硬化气孔分析仪为代表的一系列分析检测精密仪器,建有全新的全数字摄影测量平台、BIM仿真实验工作站,仪器设备资产达6000余万元,可满足各个研究方向的各种类型试验测试需求。

  • 科研及科技服务

  近年来承担国家自然科学基金项目50余项,主编或参编ISO、国家、行业等标准20余部,获国家科技进步二等奖1项(排名3)、部省级科技进步奖近20项,主持获教育部二等奖3项,获中国公路学会等国家行业学会奖10余项。学院每年发表SCI收录期刊论文200余篇,授权发明专利约40项,科研经费近2000万元,承担地方政府和企业委托的科研和科技服务项目100余项。

  多年来,学院参与了沪宁高速、济祁高速、宜长高速、京沪改扩建等高速公路,南京长江大桥维修、南京长江第二、第三、第四大桥、仙新路过江通道、浦仪路跨江大桥、苏通大桥、崇启大桥等跨江跨海大桥,南京地铁、苏州地铁、无锡地铁、宁波地铁、宁和城际、皖惠城际轨道,汶川及玉树地震灾区重建等国家重点工程建设项目的科技攻关和建设任务,研究成果为地方与区域重大工程项目提供可靠的技术支持和有效解决方案。

  学院在绿色土木工程材料、竹木新型结构体系、绿色岩土加固技术、道路与桥梁建造与养护、市政水处理与环境修复等方面形成鲜明的特色与优势,在国内同行业中具有一定影响力,多次得到江苏省和南京市政府的表彰。

  学院与美国、德国、英国、俄罗斯、澳大利亚、加拿大、日本、法国、意大利等十几个国家的高校及科研机构建立了长期友好合作关系。

  • Introduction of NJFU

  Nanjing Forestry University is a provincial key university jointly founded by the central and local governments, one of the first national Double First-Class initiative construction universities, and a class A construction university according to the Jiangsu High-level University Construction Peak Plan. The university was formerly known as the Department of Forestry at Central University (founded in 1902) and the Department of Forestry of Jinling University (founded in 1910). In 1952, Nanjing Forestry College was established and one of the only three forestry colleges in China. In 1985, Nanjing Forestry College was renamed as Nanjing Forestry University. Aiming at serving the national construction of ecological civilization and taking forestry as its advantage, it has been developed into a high-level university with disciplines of science, engineering, agriculture, liberal arts, management, economics, law, and arts.

  • College of Civil Engineering History

  The origin of College of Civil Engineering (CCE) can be traced back to 1952 when discipline of Forestry (Logging) Engineering was established. In 1986, Department of Forestry Engineering was founded at NJFU and the discipline of Civil Engineering was included. The department was then expanded to CCE in 1997. CCE now holds approximately 2,000 undergraduate, 500 graduate, and 40 international students, and more than 140 staff and faculty members (more than 80 of them are professors and associate professors). There are one “National Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Talent Project” winner, one national middle-aged expert with outstanding contribution, one particular subsidy of the State Council receiver, one “Jiangsu prominent Educator” winner, two “Jiangsu Distinguished Professor” winner, six “Jiangsu 333 High-level Talents Project” winners, eight“Jiangsu Six Talent Summit Program” winners, eleven “Jiangsu Qinglan Program” winners in CCE. There are also one team selected as the “Distinguished Teacher and Team of the National Curriculum Ideology and Politics”, one team selected as the “Jiangsu Qinglan Program Distinguished Teaching Team”, and one team selected as the “Jiangsu Outstanding Teaching Team”.

  CCE now consists of six departments which are Transportation Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Project Management, Surveying and Mapping Engineering, and Water Supply and Drainage Science and Engineering, and one Central Laboratory.

  • Majors

  The college holds five undergraduate majors: Civil Engineering (in four different directions: Transportation Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Underground Engineering and Intelligent Construction), Forest Engineering, Project Management, Surveying and Mapping Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage Science and Engineering. All majors are included in the national characteristic specialty or the national first-class construction site, and have passed the professional certification assessment. To be specific:

  Forest Engineering is a national characteristic major, a brand major in Jiangsu Province, a key major in the “12th Five-Year Plan of Jiangsu Province”, and a first-class major in Jiangsu Province.Civil Engineering is one of the first featured majors in Jiangsu Province, a brand major in Jiangsu Province, a key major in the 12th Five-Year Plan of Jiangsu Province, and a national first-class undergraduate program construction site. In 2013 and 2018, Civil Engineering passed the professional evaluation and engineering education certification twice.

  Engineering Management is a featured major in Jiangsu Province, a key major of the 12th Five-Year Plan of Jiangsu Province, and a national first-class undergraduate program construction site. It passed the professional evaluation in 2016 and the re-evaluation in 2018.

  Water Supply and Drainage Science and Engineering is a key major of Jiangsu Province during the 12th Five-Year Plan Period and the national first-class undergraduate program construction site. It passed the professional evaluation and engineering education certification in 2020 and 2023.

  Surveying and Mapping Engineering is a first-class major in Jiangsu Province and national first-class undergraduate major construction site. In 2020, it passed the professional evaluation and engineering education certification.

  • Achievements in Teaching and Talent Development

  In recent years, CCE has participated in 5 national teaching achievement awards and 7 provincial and ministerial teaching achievement awards. One course has been selected as the national ideological and political demonstration course; Four courses has been selected as the national first-class course; and two courses have been selected as the national virtual simulation experiment first-class course. One course has been selected as the provincial ideological and political demonstration course in Jiangsu Province; Seven courses have been selected as the first-class courses in Jiangsu Province; Six courses have been selected as the online open courses for rural revitalization in Jiangsu Province. A total number of 13 textbooks have been selected as the provincial key or planning textbooks and one of which has been selected as the national planning textbook.

  More than 100 student-times won national and provincial competition in different disciplines each year; 11 students won the national outstanding graduates in colleges and universities with major of civil engineering; 13 students received the provincial outstanding undergraduate senior design (or dissertation) in the past 5 years; 2 teams won the provincial outstanding graduation design team; 28 students won the civil engineering outstanding graduates in Jiangsu province; the acceptance rate of graduate student is about 35%. Some of the students graduated from CCE have been selected as the “Most Beautiful College Students”, “Outstanding Students in Famous Universities”, and “Selected Students” in Jiangsu Province, and their achievements are among the top in universities at the same level. CCE launched the international student program in 2013 and has enrolled more than 40 international students since then. After graduation, students are open to pursue further studies or engage in related fields of science research, teaching, technology development, management consulting, design and construction, etc.

  NJFU offers different kinds of scholarships and subsidies for graduate students, including “Academic Scholarships” (full coverage), “Three Good” scholarships (40% coverage), corporate scholarships, national scholarships, “Principal’s Scholarship”, and part-time jobs. Many students have been awarded as the “Outstanding Master's Degree Thesis” in Jiangsu Province, “Outstanding Master's Degree Thesis in Civil Engineering” in Jiangsu Province, and “Outstanding Master's Degree Thesis in Composite Materials” in Jiangsu Province, etc.

  • Discipline Development and Research Circumstances

  CCE possesses one Ph.D. program (i.e. forest engineering), three first-level discipline Master programs (i.e. Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Management Science and Engineering), three professional degree category (i.e. Civil and Hydraulic Engineering, Transportation Engineering, and Engineering Management), and a post-doctoral mobile station (i.e. Forest Engineering). Forest Engineering is a national key discipline and a national Double first-class discipline. The discipline of Civil Engineering was established in 1952, the Road and Railway Engineering Master's Degree Program was established in 2003, the Geotechnical Engineering Master's Degree Program was established in 2005. In 2011, CCE obtained the Master's degree level subjects of Civil Engineering and Transportation Engineering. Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering to be specific has been continuously awarded as the “Key Discipline” in Jiangsu Province, one of the supportive disciplines of double first-class A+ discipline of Forestry Engineering in NJFU, and a major contribution to the discipline of engineering and material science (ESI top 1%).

  CCE has set up “Jiangsu Highway Intelligent Detection and Low-Carbon Maintenance Engineering Research Center”, “Jiangsu Bamboo and Wood Carbon Sequestration Materials and Structural Technology Research Center”, “Jiangsu Collaborative Innovation Center for Efficient Processing and Utilization of Forestry Resources”, “Bamboo Engineering Technology Research Center, State Forestry Administration”, “Jiangsu Construction Industry Modernization Demonstration Base (e.g. Design, Research and Development Demonstration Base of Bamboo and Wood Prefabricated Building Full Industrial Chain), etc. CCE jointly built the National and local Joint Engineering Research Center for Biomass Materials, Jiangsu University Forestry Biomass Materials and Energy International Cooperation Joint Laboratory, Jiangsu Housing Engineering Research Center and Key Laboratory of Soil and Water Conservation and Ecological Restoration. CCE also possesses 16 provincial graduate workstations, and five of them were the winners of the “Provincial Outstanding Graduate Workstations”.

  CCE Civil Engineering Central Laboratory is the experimental and teaching demonstration center of Jiangsu Province. The Central Laboratory covers an area of more than 6000 m2, is equipped with a 100 T multi-channel electro-hydraulic servo structure testing system, 100 T structural fatigue testing system, 500 T long column testing machine, 300 T high stiffness pressure testing machine, asphalt mixture fatigue testing machine, etc. In addition, CCE is also equipped with different analyzers such as automatic mercury injection apparatus, rheometer, particle size analyzer, cement hardening porosity analyzer, etc. CCE holds a new platform for full digital photogrammetry, and simulation experiment on BIM workstations. The instruments in CCE worth more than 60 million yuan, can meet different kinds of requirements on measurement and evaluation.

  • Research and technology services

  CCE has more than 50 National Natural Science Foundation projects funded, preside over the preparation and participate in the preparation of more than 20 ISO, national and industry standards, and won one Second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award (ranking 3rd), nearly 20 Provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards, presided over 3 second prizes of Ministry of Education Award, and more than 10 National Industry Associations Awards . In CCE, there are more than 200 SCI journal papers and 40 patents published, and the research funding is nearly 20 million yuan each year. CCE also participated in more than 100 scientific research and technological service projects entrusted by local government and enterprises.

  Over the years, CEE was involved in the Shanghai-Nanjing high-speed, Ji-Qi high-speed, Yi-Chang high-speed, Beijing-Shanghai reconstruction and expansion projects; participated in the Reconstruction and the Nanjing Yangtze River bridge, Project of the second, third, fourth Nanjing Yangtze River bridge, Xianxin Rd Yangtze River-crossing tunnel, Puyi Rd Yangtze River-crossing bridge; participated in Sutong Bridge, Chongqi Bridge and other Bridges across the river and sea; participated in Nanjing subway, Suzhou subway, Wuxi subway, Ningbo subway, Ninghe intercity railway and Wanhui intercity railway; participated in the after-earthquake reconstruction projects (e.g. Wenchuan and Yushu) and other national key projects to tackle critical scientific and technological problems and construction tasks. Research findings provide reliable technical support and effective solutions for local and regional major engineering projects.

  CCE has developed distinct characteristics and advantages in green civil engineering materials, new bamboo and wood structure system , green rock and soil reinforcement technology, road and bridge construction and maintenance, municipal water treatment and environmental restoration, etc. Owning to these characteristics and advantages, CCE plays an important role in the domestic industry, and has been praised by Jiangsu province and Nanjing municipal government for multiple times.

  CEE has established long-term friendly cooperative relations with universities and scientific research institutions in many countries (e.g. United States, Germany, Britain, Russia, Australia, Canada, Japan, France, and Italy, etc).
