    陈蕾,中共党员,博士,教授,博士生导师,江苏省工程师学会水生态环境专业委员会委员。主要从事市政工程水处理技术与理论方面的教学和科研工作,主持国家自然科学基金项目等科研课题10余项,发表学术论文80余篇,授权专利15项。
