  • 个人情况

    王楷扬，男，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，九三学社社员。自2024年8月起任职于南京林业大学土木工程学院工程管理系。2018年7月本科毕业于英国利物浦大学土木与环境工程系，获一等学士学位；2019年11月硕士毕业于英国布里斯托大学水文与环境管理系；2024年3月获得英国利物浦大学土木与环境工程系博士学位。

    截止2024年10月，共发表论文18篇，其中作为第一作者在《Journal of Management in Engineering》、《Engineering, Construction and Architectural Management》等国际期刊上发表SCI论文9篇。主要研究方向涵盖建筑企业数字化转型模式与战略、企业组织变革以及建筑环境的可持续转型管理。

    此外，担任英国土木工程师学会（ICE）、英国皇家特许建造学会（CIOB）、中华建设管理研究会（CRIOCM）以及江苏省数字经济学会的专业会员；现为《项目管理技术》青年编委，并担任10余个SCI/SSCI期刊审稿专家。
