Hi everyone, my name is Mahmud Ashraf, I am a professor of structural engineering in Deakin University, Australia; It is my absolute pleasure to send you this message on this great occasion. My association with Nanjing forestry university started back in 2014 and it has been a great experience for me. I met with professor Li haitao back in 2014, and since then, we have done really amazing work. So, we supervised, we are still supervising a lot of Ph.D students together, we have published together, we have trying to establish a new journal, sustainable structures. And over the years, we took this collaboration to a completely new different level. We developed collaboration with some other universities and we established a research center based in Nanjing forestry university. In addition to that, some of you probably already aware we launched an international conference advances on civil engineering and materials which has been extremely successful and a lot of industrial partners they are supporting this initiative. In addition to that, I also have the privilege to have some wonderful students visiting Australia from Nanjing forestry university. One of those students, Xin Li, recently graduated. So, I shall be looking forward to working with Nanjing forestry university in the coming years and I wish a great celebration for the 120 year anniversary of Nanjing forestry university. Thank you.
